Voor een sterke en groeiende onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Controller. In deze functie combineer je financiële opvolging met logistieke ondersteuning. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturatieprocessen vlot verlopen, bewaakt prijsafspraken en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de transportafdeling. Geen puur administratieve functie dus.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Beheer en actualisatie van tonnageprijzen en andere prijsgegevens.
  • Controle van inkomende facturen en voorbereiding van de uitgaande facturatie.
  • Analyse van prijsstructuren en transportgerelateerde kosten.
  • Opmaak van rapportages en administratieve overzichten ter ondersteuning van het management.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met planners en collega's binnen transport om operationele uitdagingen snel op te lossen.
  • Ondersteuning van de dagelijkse transportplanning tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisatie van logistieke processen.

Een diploma binnen Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of Bedrijfsmanagement vormt een sterke basis. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een duidelijke interesse in transport en logistiek worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en een analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Interesse in de achterliggende principes van transporttarieven en prijsberekeningen.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of bouw is mooi meegenomen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en snel kunnen schakelen wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
