Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler op vlak van logistieke services en breakbulk. Reeds meer dan 150 jaar zijn ze een expert in allerlei soorten goederenbehandeling. Ze proberen op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden aan klanten om zo een uitstekende service te kunnen bieden.

Jobomschrijving

Als loketbediende en jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs aan het loket en zorg je tegelijk voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van import- en exportdossiers. Hou je van afwisseling tussen operationeel en administratief werk binnen een logistieke omgeving? Dan is deze functie écht iets voor jou!

Dagelijkse taken omvatten:

  • Chauffeurs ontvangen en te woord staan aan het loket.
  • Ingeven en verwerken van chauffeur- en transportgegevens.
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten en opdrachtgevers.
  • In- en uitslagen registreren in het stocksysteem en het opvolgen en tellen van stock.
  • Administratieve afhandeling van laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en het opvolging en rapportering van verschillende trafieken.
  • Voorbereiden van werkbonnen voor facturatie en verwerken van douanedocumenten.

Je bent administratief sterk, communicatief en blijft rustig onder druk. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een klantgerichte ingesteldheid en werkt graag in een logistieke omgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in de maritieme of logistieke sector.Bereidheid om te werken in een flexibel shiftensysteem (tussen 6u en 18u).
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en vlotte IT-vaardigheden.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Een punctuele, nauwkeurige en probleemoplossende werkstijl, zelfstandigheid, stressbestendigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
