Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag zelfstandig en haal je voldoening uit het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen? Voor een technische productieomgeving in de regio Oudsbergen zoeken we een Maintenance Coördinator die instaat voor het plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met planning, probleemoplossing en administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren en dat onderhoudswerken veilig en efficiënt verlopen.

Jouw functie als Maintenance CoördinatorAls Maintenance Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige onderhoudsproces, van de voorbereiding en planning tot de technische uitvoering en administratieve opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe techniekers om storingen te voorkomen en de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.

  • Technisch onderhoud: storingen analyseren en verhelpen, herstellingen uitvoeren en preventief onderhoud organiseren.
  • Onderhoudsplanning: onderhoudsaanvragen beoordelen, prioriteiten bepalen en werkzaamheden afstemmen met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Contractorbeheer: externe techniekers en contractors coördineren, begeleiden en toezien op een veilige uitvoering van de werken.
  • Administratie en SAP: werkorders verwerken en afsluiten, inclusief gewerkte uren, gebruikte materialen, onderdelen en technische bevindingen.
  • Technische aankopen: technische specificaties opstellen, offertes aanvragen, bestellingen aanmaken in SAP en leveringen opvolgen.
  • Technische documentatie: onderhoudsrapporten, technische documenten en registraties beheren en archiveren.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit: toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en milieuregels.
  • Orde en netheid: bijdragen aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving volgens de 5S-principes.

Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en streeft naar een betrouwbaar, efficiënt en duurzaam onderhoudsbeleid.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch onderlegd en zelfstandig persoon die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag initiatief toont.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een relevante technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een onderhoudsafdeling of in technisch onderhoud.
  • Je beschikt over een BA5-certificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je hebt kennis van SAP; ervaring met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt technische storingen zelfstandig onderzoeken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en externe contractors.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veiligheidsbewust en resultaatgericht.

Je bent een teamspeler die zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen en aandacht heeft voor kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering.
