Ben jij iemand die liever de handen uit de mouwen steekt dan aan de zijlijn staat? Heb je feeling met machines en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze job in een asfaltcentrale misschien precies wat je zoekt. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines blijven draaien en de productie vlot kan verlopen. Geen dag achter een bureau, maar actief bezig zijn met techniek en onderhoud!

Als onderhoudsmedewerker in de asfaltcentrale zorg je samen met de operatoren en techniekers voor een goed onderhouden installatie. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Dagelijks voer je smeerwerken en preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor kleine mechanische herstellingen en eenvoudige technische interventies.
  • Regelmatig controleer je machines op slijtage, defecten en mogelijke problemen.
  • Ook neem je de reiniging van transportbanden, machines en andere onderdelen van de asfaltcentrale voor je rekening.
  • Verder ondersteun je de operator bij de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Wanneer je technische problemen opmerkt, signaleer je die tijdig aan de juiste collega's.

Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde speler in de bouwsector, actief in onder andere wegenbouw, infrastructuur en beton- en asfaltproductie. Vanuit verschillende productievestigingen leveren ze dagelijks een belangrijke bijdrage aan uiteenlopende bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Binnen de asfaltcentrale draait alles om een goed werkende installatie. En daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in!

Voor deze job zoeken we vooral iemand met technisch inzicht die graag praktisch aan de slag gaat. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen, zolang je maar zin hebt om bij te leren.

  • Een technisch diploma heb je op zak, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in onderhoud, mechanica, bouw of een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines, mechaniek en onderhoud zijn belangrijk.
  • Fysiek werk en vuile handen schrikken je niet af.
  • Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit zie je werk liggen en steek je spontaan de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Veiligheid staat voorop en je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe zaken bij te leren.
  • Zowel zelfstandig werken als samenwerken met collega's gaat je goed af.
