Onze klant verkoopt en onderhoudt tuinmachines en heeft een breed aanbod aan robotmaaiers en doe-het-zelf tools. Het is een stabiel, gevestigd bedrijf met een duidelijke werkstructuur, waar je kennis van het productgamma stap voor stap kan uitbouwen.

Jobomschrijving

Hou jij van klantencontact en van tuingereedschap? Voor onze klant in Kampenhout zoeken we een Medewerker Servicebalie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de balie, denkt met klanten mee en zorgt ervoor dat ze met de juiste oplossing naar huis gaan. Geen kantoorjob waar je de hele dag achter een scherm zit: je werkt in een bedrijf waar je ook de machines ziet, hoort en aanraakt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten ontvangen en helpen met hun vragen
  • Advies geven over robotmaaiers, tuinmachines en doe-het-zelf tools
  • Mails en offertes opvolgen
  • Als schakel fungeren tussen klant en werkplaats
  • Praktisch meehelpen, bijvoorbeeld bij het in- en uitladen van machines

Herken jij jezelf in de onderstaande eigenschappen?

  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans
  • 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte functie
  • Interesse in tuinmachines en techniek, productkennis kan hier verder worden opgebouwd
  • Communicatief en klantgericht, met oog voor teamwork
  • Praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Bereid om elke zaterdag te werken
