Als Onderhoudstechnicus Automatisering maak je deel uit van de afdeling Elektrisch Onderhoud en speel je een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een betrouwbare productie. Je staat in voor het onderhouden, herstellen en optimaliseren van elektrische systemen en automatiseringscomponenten binnen het machinepark.

Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en installaties optimaal blijven presteren.

Jouw taken

  • Onderhouden, controleren en herstellen van elektrische installaties en geautomatiseerde productiesystemen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en automatiseringsstoringen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en productielijnen.
  • Optimaliseren van PLC-gestuurde installaties en procesautomatisering.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringsprojecten om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark te verhogen.
  • Samenwerken met productie- en onderhoudsteams om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en onderhoudsprocedures.
  • Bachelor diploma in elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring
  • Basiskennis analoge en digitale elektronische toepassingen
  • Praktische ervaring met automatiseringstechnologieën en PLC-systemen
  • Kennis van meettechnieken, instrumentatie en diagnostische apparatuur
  • Sterke vaardigheden in storingsanalyse en technische probleemoplossing
  • Kennis van elektrische vermogendistributie, relaisvergrendelingen en aandrijftechnologie
  • Vloeiend Engels en Duits (lezen en begrijpen)
  • Teamgerichtheid met sterke verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Bewustzijn van veiligheidsprotocollen en regelgeving
  • Stressbestendigheid en sterke leermotivatie
