Onze klant is een internationale dienstverlener die gespecialiseerd is in het onderhoud, de herstelling en de reiniging van tankcontainers. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een internationale groep die logistieke oplossingen aanbiedt voor onder andere de chemische, petrochemische, gas- en voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Vanuit de vestiging in Antwerpen werkt een team van ervaren medewerkers dagelijks aan de veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van tankcontainers. Onze klant combineert de stabiliteit en expertise van een internationale organisatie met de persoonlijke sfeer van een hecht team. Er wordt veel belang gehecht aan vakmanschap, samenwerking en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, in een werkomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een sterke organisator die graag contact heeft met klanten en collega’s? Als Administratief Medewerker vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkplaats en de klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve opvolging van tankcontainers vlot verloopt en dat de informatie in het systeem steeds up-to-date is.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Tankcontainers bij aankomst aanmelden en aan het einde van de dag afmelden.
  • Administratieve documenten zoals jobkaarten en werkorders verwerken.
  • De status van containers up-to-date houden in Lucrasoft.
  • Foto’s, documenten en goedkeuringen in Lucrasoft verwerken.
  • Chauffeurs, werkplaatscollega’s en klanten te woord staan, zowel fysiek als via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode van 6 tot 12 maanden zelfstandig klantendossiers beheren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een digitaal vaardige en nauwkeurige medewerker die graag bijleert en vlot communiceert.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke, productie- of technische omgeving. Ervaring met tankcontainers is niet vereist; je krijgt de sector aangeleerd.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer, aangezien de site moeilijk bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en bent klantgericht.
