Van meubelbekleding tot auto-interieurs: kunstleer wordt voor heel wat verschillende toepassingen gebruikt. Als operator speel je een belangrijke rol in de productie van dit veelzijdige materiaal. Heb je technisch inzicht, werk je graag met machines en verlies je kwaliteit nooit uit het oog? Dan is deze functie zeker het ontdekken waard!

Voor een internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in kunstleer en gecoate textielmaterialen zoekt Synergie een operator in 2 ploegen.

Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Verschillende productiemachines bedienen en het productieproces nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Het afgewerkte materiaal controleren op kwaliteit en eventuele afwijkingen opmerken.
  • Waar nodig kleine bijsturingen uitvoeren aan de machines.
  • Overleggen met collega's van de productie- en kwaliteitsafdeling.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen correct naleven.

Je komt terecht in een familiale werkomgeving waar collega's elkaar helpen en samenwerken centraal staat.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Reeds ervaring heeft met machinebediening of als operator.
  • Bij voorkeur vertrouwd is met het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Graag praktisch bezig is en initiatief durft te nemen.
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk te werk gaat.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.
  • Bereid is om in een wisselend 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (vroeg en laat).
  • Voldoende Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt om werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct op te volgen.
