Voor een innovatieve en sterk groeiende productieomgeving gaat Synergie op zoek naar een gemotiveerde operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.Heb je al ervaring in productie of heb je een technische opleiding gevolgd en de juiste motivatie? Dan krijg je hier alle kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Polyvalent Operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Je bewaakt de werking van de productielijnen, stelt machines correct in en zorgt ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van verschillende productiemachines.
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en uitvoeren van productieorders.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Storingen of afwijkingen signaleren en meedenken over een oplossing.
  • Overleggen met collega's en zorgen voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht.
  • Mee instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Correct toepassen van de veiligheids- en milieuregels
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2-diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige technische interesse.
  • Zoek je je eerste werkervaring? Dan ben je bij ons zeker welkom en krijg je een grondige opleiding.
  • Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag probleemoplossend.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed.
