Wat ga je doen?

Als operator op de snij- en stansafdeling sta je in voor het instellen en bedienen van automatische machines die etiketten op maat verwerken. Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en waakt over een kwalitatief eindresultaat.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Instellen en bedienen van automatische snij- en stansmachines volgens de productieopdrachten.
  • Voorbereiden en opstarten van verschillende productieorders.
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van het productieproces waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde etiketten.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van kleine technische storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Bewaken van een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.
  • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van de productieafdeling en meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde onderneming binnen de grafische sector, waar etiketten en drukwerk worden geproduceerd. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met geautomatiseerde machines, waar kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wie zoeken we?

Je beschikt over:

  • Een sterke technische interesse en affiniteit met machines en productieprocessen.
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en oog voor detail.
  • Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid.
  • De flexibiliteit om initiatief te nemen en de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Het vermogen om ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Een goede teamgeest en vlotte samenwerking met collega's.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Ervaring als operator of binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt. Ook ervaring in de grafische sector of drukkerijwereld is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.
