Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die graag tussen de mensen staat én technisch sterk in zijn schoenen staat? Als Ploegleider Extrusie krijg je een cruciale rol binnen onze productieomgeving. In een 3-ploegensysteem neem jij de dagelijkse leiding over een team operatoren en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit elke shift centraal staan.

Je bent geen leidinggevende die vanop afstand stuurt. Je staat midden op de werkvloer, kent je mensen, ziet wat er gebeurt en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je motiveert, coacht en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt. Tegelijk bewaak je de productiedoelstellingen en denk je mee over hoe het elke dag beter kan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je neemt de leiding over een ploeg operatoren en uitzendkrachten.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en een vlotte overdracht tussen ploegen.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en productiviteit en geeft hierin zelf het goede voorbeeld.
  • Bij technische problemen of procesafwijkingen bied je ondersteuning en help je gericht naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Je analyseert storingen en werkt samen met techniek en productie aan structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je voert gesprekken met medewerkers, geeft feedback en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit productie, techniek en het afdelingsmanagement.
  • Je neemt initiatief in verbeterprojecten en helpt bouwen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Ervaring heeft met leidinggeven en vertrouwd is met gesprekken rond evaluatie, functioneren en verzuim.
  • Een productieomgeving kent en begrijpt wat er op de werkvloer speelt.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft in productieprocessen en installaties.
  • Problemen niet uit de weg gaat, maar denkt in oplossingen en mogelijkheden.
  • Veiligheid vanzelfsprekend vindt en anderen daarin weet mee te nemen.
  • Beslissingen durft te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Graag medewerkers coacht en helpt groeien.
  • Een sterke brug kan vormen tussen de dagelijkse realiteit op de werkvloer en de doelstellingen op langere termijn.
