Onze klant, een toonaangevende specialist in de productie van rupskettingen voor pantservoertuigen, is dringend op zoek naar een gedreven Productieleider om hun team te versterken. Als Productieleider werk je niet alleen actief mee in de productie, maar krijg je ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor onderstaande taken:

  • Het instellen, opstarten, bijsturen en stilleggen van installaties.
  • Het opstellen van een dagelijkse productieplanning, afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften van het bedrijf.
  • Het beheren van de rubberen voorraad om een vlotte productie te garanderen.
  • Het coachen en begeleiden van 3 tot 4 operatoren, zodat ze optimaal kunnen presteren.
  • Het uitvoeren van grondige kwaliteitscontroles om te zorgen dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste normen.
  • Actief meewerken aan het optimaliseren van het productieproces, waarbij je jouw technische inzichten inzet.
  • Het oplossen van kleine storingen en het assisteren bij onderhoudswerken.
  • Als Productieleider heb je minimaal een A2-diploma in een technische richting en heb je reeds ervaring opgedaan in een productieomgeving.
  • Je vindt het geen probleem om collega’s te begeleiden en te coachen.
  • Met jouw gezond technisch inzicht en productiekennis weet je precies hoe je het team naar een hoger niveau kunt tillen.
  • Fysiek en vuil werk schrikken jou niet af, en je kunt overweg met een heftruck.
  • Daarnaast beheers je de Nederlandse taal en spreek je bij voorkeur een woordje Frans.
