Heb jij een sterk technisch inzicht en ben je goed in het opsporen en oplossen van elektrische storingen? Werk je graag aan machines en industriële installaties en zoek je een technische functie met een flexibel uurrooster? Dan is deze vacature als storingstechnieker in regio Rotselaar iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als storingstechnieker sta je in voor het opsporen en verhelpen van technische storingen bij verschillende klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines en productie-installaties optimaal blijven functioneren, met een sterke focus op elektriciteit en automatisatie.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen aan machines en installaties.
  • Verhelpen van problemen aan automatiseringssystemen en PLC-gestuurde installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Controleren, herstellen en onderhouden van elektrische installaties.
  • Werken met frequentieregelaars, drives, thermieken en andere elektrische componenten.
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische metingen en controles.
  • Aanpassen en bijsturen van PLC-systemen waar nodig.
  • Meedenken over structurele oplossingen om terugkerende storingen te vermijden.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat productieprocessen optimaal blijven verlopen.
  • Nauw samenwerken en duidelijk communiceren met collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een technisch A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en automatisatie.
  • Ervaring met het opsporen en analyseren van elektrische storingen.
  • Kennis van frequentieregelaars, drives en thermieken.
  • Ervaring met elektrische metingen en controles.
  • Kennis van PLC-systemen en automatisatie.
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook vlot functioneren binnen een team.
  • Leergierigheid en interesse in nieuwe technieken.
  • Bereidheid om drie dagen per week de vroege dagshift te werken.
