Jobomschrijving

Als storingstechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de technische dienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat productiemachines en installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en dat stilstanden zoveel mogelijk vermeden worden.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Controleren en verbeteren van de technische staat van machines en installaties.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en structurele oplossingen.
  • Uitvoeren van aanpassingswerken en ondersteunen bij de opstart van productieapparatuur.
  • Samenwerken met operatoren, collega's en externe techniekers.
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van alle technische werkzaamheden.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig (A2/A3-niveau).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, automatisering, mechanica en pneumatica.
  • Je kan elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema's en mechanische tekeningen lezen.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis PLC voor foutopsporing.
  • Je hebt kennis van MS Office.
  • Je kan structurele fouten- en storingsanalyses uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en efficiënt.
  • Je kan omgaan met tijdsdruk en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je bent bereid om nieuwe technologieën en machines te leren kennen.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken en eventueel een permanentiedienst op te nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
