Ben jij technisch aangelegd en wil je graag verder groeien binnen een moderne productieomgeving? Voor onze klant in Wellen zoeken we meerdere gemotiveerde productieoperatoren die graag verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun machine en productieproces.

Je krijgt een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer en leert stap voor stap de verschillende machines bedienen en instellen. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een veelzijdige operator die op verschillende afdelingen kan worden ingezet.

Jobomschrijving

Als Productie Operator speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct draaien en dat de afgewerkte producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Dedient de productiemachines en leert deze op termijn zelfstandig instellen;
  • Volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op;
  • Controleren of de juiste aantallen worden geproduceerd;
  • Voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit;
  • Merkt afwijkingen tijdig op en meldt deze aan de teamleader;
  • Grijpt in bij kleine storingen of schakelt de technische dienst in wanneer nodig;
  • Verpakt de afgewerkte producten;
  • Houdt je werkplek ordelijk en veilig;
  • Draagt actief bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en milieubewuste productie.

In het begin voer je verschillende taken uit om de producten, machines en productieprocessen goed te leren kennen. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en leer je de machines steeds zelfstandiger bedienen en instellen.

We zoeken iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin om bij te leren.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Beschikt over technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productieprocessen;
  • Bent gemotiveerd om het bedienen en instellen van machines volledig aan te leren;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt voortdurend aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • Je bent flexibel, leergierig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegensysteem of vaste nachtploeg te werken;
  • Ervaring als productieoperator is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw technische aanleg en motivatie zijn minstens even belangrijk.
