Dit groeiend bedrijf produceert producten onder private label voor klanten wereldwijd. Met vier vestigingen en twee in opbouw bieden ze werkzekerheid én kansen om door te groeien. Salarisrange: €3500 - €4500 bruto/maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring.

Hou jij ervan om mensen te motiveren en te coachen? Krijg je energie van een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan is deze job als Teamleader iets voor jou.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van 10 tot 20 medewerkers binnen het volledige productieproces, van aardappel tot pallet.
  • Coördineren en organiseren van de productieactiviteiten zodat de planning efficiënt wordt gerealiseerd.
  • Coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen van medewerkers om een sterk en betrokken team uit te bouwen.
  • Bewaken van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele doelstellingen en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Instaan voor de personeelsplanning, de dagelijkse bezetting en het organiseren van opleidingen en teamoverleg.
  • Actief samenwerken met collega's en procesingenieurs om een uniforme werking over alle ploegen heen te garanderen.

Voor deze functie breng je ervaring mee met teamleiding, logistiek en/of productie. Technische affiniteit is een plus.Je bent gepassioneerd door de voedingssector, bezit een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en streeft naar resultaten met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en regelgeving.

Jouw enthousiasme en gedrevenheid maken je een toegankelijke en betrouwbare collega voor het team. MS Office beheer je vlot en nieuwe software leer je snel aan.Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans spreken behoort tot je vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
