Jobomschrijving

Een team aansturen, de logistieke planning bewaken en zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt? Als Teamleader Logistiek in de vaste nacht neem je de leiding over een team van acht medewerkers. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen in een stabiele, internationale werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de functie in?Tijdens de nacht zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je houdt het overzicht, ondersteunt je team en stuurt bij waar nodig.

  • Team aansturen: je begeleidt en motiveert een team van acht medewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Operationele processen bewaken: veiligheid, efficiëntie en een vlot verloop van de magazijnactiviteiten staan centraal.
  • Contacten onderhouden: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers die zich in het magazijn aanmelden.
  • Personeelsbezetting afstemmen: op basis van de planning en operationele noden zorg je voor een passende personeelsinzet.
  • Ploegoverdracht verzorgen: je zorgt ervoor dat informatie duidelijk wordt doorgegeven en de volgende ploeg vlot kan overnemen.
  • Rapporteren: je houdt de Operations Manager op de hoogte van de operationele werking.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een geboren leider met ervaring in logistiek, die een team op een duidelijke en motiverende manier kan aansturen.

  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, waarvan minstens twee jaar in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Een reachtruck- en heftruckcertificaat is vereist, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Medewerkers coachen en motiveren doe je op een heldere en constructieve manier.
  • Orde, netheid, hygiëne en veiligheid zijn vaste prioriteiten in jouw dagelijkse aanpak.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid, flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid kenmerken jouw manier van werken.
  • Je communiceert zeer goed in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • MS Office gebruik je vlot.
