Wat ga je doen?

Als technisch procesoperator sta je mee in voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van de productie- en waterzuiveringsinstallaties. Je werkt voornamelijk op de productievloer en krijgt op termijn ook de kans om vanuit de controlekamer het productieproces op te volgen en bij te sturen.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Uitvoeren van logistieke en operationele werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling.
  • Bedienen van machines en installaties en opvolgen van het productieproces.
  • Uitvoeren van beladingen en opvolgen van voorraden, planningen en productiecijfers.
  • Controleren en bijsturen van productieprocessen en waterzuiveringsinstallaties.
  • Uitvoeren van controles en analyseren van processtalen.
  • Opvolgen van de installaties via een geautomatiseerd controlesysteem.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en signaleren van technische problemen.
  • Controleren van meetapparatuur en correct labelen van installaties en leidingen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van onderhouds- en reinigingswerken.
  • Overleggen met supervisors en zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie tijdens ploegoverdrachten.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en technische testen.
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses.
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer volgens het 6S-principe.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je gaat aan de slag bij een gevestigde industriële onderneming in regio Tienen, actief binnen een technische productieomgeving. Binnen de organisatie staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en een efficiënte werking van de installaties centraal.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je de nodige begeleiding krijgt en stap voor stap vertrouwd raakt met de verschillende productieprocessen. Naast het operationele werk op de productievloer word je op termijn ook opgeleid voor het bedienen en opvolgen van de installaties vanuit de controlekamer.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een A2-diploma Elektromechanica of Mechanische Vormgevingstechnieken.
  • Voldoende elektrische kennis om een BA5-attest te kunnen behalen.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Interesse in procesindustrie, kwaliteitscontrole, analyses of waterzuivering.
  • Bereidheid om een heftruck- en wielladerattest te behalen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit, technisch inzicht en een leergierige ingesteldheid.
  • Een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Flexibiliteit, communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid en het correct volgen van procedures.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend kunnen denken.
  • Bereidheid om in een vierploegenstelsel te werken.
