Ben jij een ervaren TIG-lasser en is het lassen van leidingen helemaal jouw ding? Werk je graag op uitdagende industriële projecten en lever je graag kwalitatief laswerk af? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

Voor een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in industriële leidingwerken zoeken we een TIG-lasser met ervaring in piping. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team en werkt mee aan uiteenlopende industriële projecten bij klanten in België.

Geen seriewerk in een atelier, maar technisch uitdagend laswerk op verplaatsing!

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Als TIG-lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig lassen van industriële leidingen. Samen met een pipefitter en je andere collega's vorm je een team dat instaat voor de realisatie van kwalitatieve leidinginstallaties.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het TIG-lassen van leidingen in staal en inox.
  • Het lassen van buizen met verschillende diameters en wanddiktes.
  • Het uitvoeren van nauwkeurige lasverbindingen volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het monteren van leidingen samen met je collega's op de werf.
  • Het controleren van de kwaliteit en conformiteit van je laswerk en assemblages.
  • Het correct gebruiken en onderhouden van je TIG-lasapparatuur.
  • Het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en waken over een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk op industriële werven. De nodige prefab en voorbereiding gebeuren in het atelier, maar jouw hoofdtaak ligt op de werf zelf.

Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie is vooral jouw praktische ervaring belangrijk.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met TIG-lassen van buizen en leidingen (piping).
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met industriële leidingwerken in staal en/of inox.
  • Je kan zelfstandig kwalitatief laswerk afleveren.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en spreekt collega's aan wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samen met collega's projecten realiseert.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een mooie troef.
  • Een diploma is minder belangrijk dan jouw effectieve laservaring.

Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking, op voorwaarde dat je een relevante opleiding in piping of industriële leidingen hebt gevolgd.

Een praktische lasproef maakt deel uit van de selectieprocedure.

  • Geldige TIG-lascertificaten.
  • Een VCA-attest.
  • Attesten voor heftruck, verreiker of hoogtewerker.
  • Een opleiding TIG-lassen van buizen of piping via VDAB.
