Onze klant is een grote speler in tegels, natuursteen, parket en laminaat, met verschillende showrooms verspreid over heel België. In hun magazijnen en logistieke centra draait alles op volle toeren om klanten snel en correct te bedienen. Jobomschrijving

Ben jij het commercieel talent dat klanten van A tot Z wil ontzorgen in hun droominterieur? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste verkoopsadviseur die elke bezoeker een warm onthaal geeft, deskundig advies op maat biedt en de extra mile gaat om de projecten op te volgen.

Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • Onthalen en verwelkomen van klanten in de toonzaal.
  • Actief luisteren naar de noden van de klant en professioneel advies geven over het assortiment.
  • Opvolgen van klanten van de eerste offerte tot de uiteindelijke levering.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten, face to face, via telefoon of mail.

Jij bent een klantgerichte doorzetter met een passie voor interieur. Met jouw communicatieve én administratieve vaardigheden weet jij vertrouwen te wekken en dossiers nauwkeurig af te werken.

Verder neem je mee:

  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring in retail en een grote interesse in interieur.
  • Zin om bij te leren en sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Klantgerichtheid, stressbestendigheid en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
