Voor een winkel in Aarschot zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker die het team wil versterken. Je komt terecht in een aangename werkomgeving waar klantvriendelijkheid, samenwerking en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als winkelmedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Je helpt klanten met een glimlach, ondersteunt bij verschillende winkelactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles er steeds netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Klanten verder helpen: Klanten vriendelijk onthalen, adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankopen.
  • Winkel onderhouden: Zorgen voor een nette, ordelijke en aantrekkelijke winkelomgeving.
  • Winkelwerking ondersteunen: Mee instaan voor de dagelijkse taken en ervoor zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Bestellingen opvolgen: Na een inwerkperiode krijg je de mogelijkheid om ook bestellingen en andere administratieve taken achter de schermen op te nemen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen: Je krijgt de kans om op termijn een uitgebreider takenpakket op te nemen.

  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, om klanten goed verder te helpen.
  • Een klantvriendelijke en betrouwbare ingesteldheid.
  • Oog voor orde, netheid en een verzorgde winkelpresentatie.
  • Interesse om op termijn meer taken op te nemen, zoals bestellingen en andere verantwoordelijkheden achter de schermen.
  • Motivatie en leergierigheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Ervaring binnen de retailsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Hoe ziet jouw uurrooster eruit?

Je werkt voltijds, 38 uur per week. Flexibiliteit is hierbij belangrijk.

Zowel latere shiften als wisselende werkuren zijn bespreekbaar.Weekendwerk maakt deel uit van de functie, maar wordt vooraf duidelijk afgestemd.Er is ruimte om het uurrooster in onderling overleg te bekijken.
