Voor een bruisende supermarkt in Baal zoeken we een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker voor een deeltijdse functie van 16 uur per week. Kwaliteitsvolle voedingsproducten, persoonlijke service en klantvriendelijkheid staan centraal. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds met een tevreden gevoel de winkel verlaten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als winkelmedewerker ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor de klanten. Je helpt hen vriendelijk verder, geeft advies over het assortiment en draagt bij aan een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkel.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Klanten verder helpen: Klanten vriendelijk onthalen, begeleiden bij hun aankopen en adviseren over het assortiment.
  • Rekken aanvullen: De verschillende afdelingen tijdig aanvullen zodat producten steeds beschikbaar zijn.
  • Winkelpresentatie verzorgen: Zorgen voor een nette, ordelijke en aantrekkelijke presentatie van de producten.
  • Klantenrelaties opbouwen: Door persoonlijk contact een vertrouwensband opbouwen en inspelen op de behoeften van vaste klanten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's: Ondersteuning bieden op verschillende afdelingen en mee instaan voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

  • Graag in contact met klanten en bereid om een goede klantenrelatie op te bouwen.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar tijdens weekdagen, avonden en weekends.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
