💎 Ton quotidien comme opérateur de presse-plieuse chez nous

En tant qu'opérateur de presse-plieuse, tu es l'artisan qui transforme les pièces de métal en produits hautement sophistiqués et esthétiques pour nos précieux clients.

Chaque jour, tu reçois plusieurs bons de travail différents. Tu lis attentivement les plans des pièces à produire et tu exécutes le travail avec rigueur, minutie et précision. Tu travailles constamment dans le respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité et de rendement de l’entreprise dans le but de satisfaire aux exigences du client.

Plus précisément, tes tâches sont de :

  • Lire et suivre les bons de travail et les plans
  • Sélectionner les programmes à l’écran
  • Ajuster les outils en fonction du plan
  • Détecter les anomalies et suggérer des améliorations
  • Effectuer les plis dans l’ordre établi
  • Assurer la qualité des plis en faisant le contrôle qualité des pièces
  • Collaborer avec les départements de qualité, de dessin et d'estimation pour résoudre les problèmes
  • Toutes autres tâches associées

✅ Ce qu'on recherche

  • Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans l’opération d’une presse-plieuse CNC
  • Capacité à lire des plans et faire des calculs simples
  • Capacité à reproduire un plan 3D (vue spatiale)
  • À l’aise d’utiliser un écran numérique
  • Connaissance des systèmes de mesures métrique et impériale
  • Habileté manuelle, bonne forme physique et endurance (travail debout)
  • Capacité à soulever des pièces pouvant peser jusqu’à 35 livres
  • Bonne capacité de travailler en équipe

💲 Salaire

  • 28.31 à 30.60 $/h par heure selon l'expérience
  • Prime physique additionnelle selon le poste : 0.59$ à 1$/h.
