Descrição da vaga

Na Syngenta, nosso objetivo é construir a equipe mais colaborativa e confiável na agricultura, fornecendo sementes de alta qualidade e soluções inovadoras de proteção de cultivos que melhorem o sucesso dos agricultores. Para apoiar esta missão, a Equipe de Contratação da Syngenta está buscando um Técnico de Laboratório Pleno em Indaiatuba/SP. Esta função apoiará a garantia da qualidade de produtos e processos, por meio de análises laboratoriais e do cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança e conformidade.

Responsabildiades:

  • Participar ativamente das atividades pertinentes à equipe do Laboratório de Controle de Qualidade;
  • Executar análises físico-químicos de controle de qualidade em matérias primas, produtos intermediários e acabados, avaliar criticamente os resultados, reportar nos sistemas (SAP e ESuite), formulários de controles, visando garantir a qualidade, confiabilidade dos resultados gerados e dentro dos prazos pré-estabelecidos;
  • No seu turno de trabalho, assegurar a execução das rotinas estabelecidas, a utilização e a disponibilidade dos recursos (equipamentos e insumos analíticos) necessários para a operação, bem como, solução de eventuais problemas;
  • Compreender os processos de fabricação, visando propor soluções relacionadas ao controle de qualidade para atendimento do lead time, visando melhor atender as necessidades e prazos.
  • Ter domínio sobre as técnicas analíticas físico-químicas utilizadas no LCQ, como cromatografia líquida e gasosa, contador de tamanho de partículas.

Qualificações

  • Ensino Técnico Completo ou Superior Completo/Cursando em Química ou áreas correlatas;
  • Registro Ativo, como por exemplo CRQ ou CRF;
  • Conhecimentos de análise cromatográfica;
  • Conhecimentos de análise fisicoquímica;
  • Conhecimentos dos equipamentos de rotina de Controle de Qualidade;
  • Bom conhecimento do Pacote Office.

Desejadas:

  • Conhecimento em espectometria de massas (GC-MS);
  • Familiaridade com Power Apps, Power BI;
  • Inglês básico ou intermediário.
