Who We're Looking For

The Customer Success Specialist, Vetting is an entry-level role that supports the 10DLC vetting service. The intent of this role is to follow documented industry compliance and operator-specific best practices to vet 10DLC Campaigns in an effort to reduce spam complaints. The position requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure that best practices are maintained consistently and accurately.

Some of What You'll Do

Duty allocation for this role is approximately:

● 90% — Performing 10DLC Campaign vets with a high degree of accuracy and velocity

● 10% — Improving individual knowledge and capabilities through structured learning activities, including completing compliance training modules, reviewing CTIA guideline updates, and shadowing senior vetters

Specifically, you will:

● Perform 10DLC Campaign vetting using a First In, First Out (FIFO) approach

● Accurately document the reasons behind each campaign rejection in the Campaign Management tool to enable customers to make informed corrections

● Meet established vetting accuracy and velocity targets as defined by team leadership

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 10DLC compliance requirements and operator-specific policies

● Escalate edge cases or ambiguous campaigns to senior team members for guidance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No prior professional experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • PC proficiency in a Windows operating environment; strong typing ability preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
