You Are

An experienced semiconductor Project Engineering leader with a passion for customer success, quality excellence, and continuous improvement. You combine strong customer quality leadership with deep semiconductor expertise and a solid understanding of digital and/or mixed-signal IP development, verification, integration, and signoff methodologies.

You are a trusted customer advocate who can drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex quality initiatives, and strengthen product quality, customer satisfaction, and execution performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the Customer Quality Champion for assigned strategic customers, building trusted relationships, representing the voice of the customer, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, product use, silicon bring-up, and debug challenges to assess quality risks, customer impact, and execution priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving and escalation management, driving 8D, RCCA, corrective and preventive actions through clear communication and closure.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer quality and execution risks, translating feedback, bring-up findings, and lessons learned into systemic improvement actions.
  • Drive quality operating rhythms and improvement programs through reviews, dashboards, metrics, action tracking, and clear tradeoff decisions across schedule, quality, and customer impact.

  • Reduce customer escalations by improving turnaround time, resolution effectiveness, and proactive issue management.
  • Strengthen product quality and release readiness through risk management, prevention, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve customer quality metrics, scorecards, and business review outcomes through disciplined quality focus and follow-through.
  • Drive organizational alignment and accountability around customer requirements, commitments, and systemic issue resolution.

What You’ll Need

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in engineering, quality, verification, methodology, program management, or customer-facing technical leadership.
  • Strong digital and/or mixed-signal IP methodology expertise, including development, verification, integration, signoff, silicon validation, and bring-up.
  • Proven experience leading customer escalations, 8Ds, RCCAs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives in complex semiconductor environments.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor product development, quality systems, risk management, and release-readiness processes, with the ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive results without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and execution discipline, including use of dashboards, metrics, status reporting, and tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Jira.
