Interoptik Ze‑Bra søker deg som trives med kundekontakt og ønsker å være med på å styrke vår posisjon som den lokale optikerbutikken med best service og kvalitet. I rollen som kundeveileder i 100% stilling vil du veilede kundene våre til gode og trygge valg, og blir en sentral del av vårt faglige og engasjerte team.

Vi er en familiedrevet, lokal optiker med mange faste og trofaste kunder. Butikken ligger sentralt plassert rett nedenfor Carl Berner-krysset, og vårt sortiment er nøye tilpasset den lokale kundegruppen. Hos oss kombineres fagkompetanse og fokus på øyehelse med mote, trender og personlig stil.

Ansvarsområder og arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Salg og tilpasning av briller, solbriller og kontaktlinser
  • Bygg gode relasjoner og sørg for topp kundeopplevelser
  • Rådgivning, linseinstruksjon og veiledning på øyehelse
  • Utfør bestillinger og oppfølging, orden i butikk og verksted
  • Å gi personlig og profesjonell veiledning til kunder
  • Delta aktivt i kurs og faglig utvikling gjennom året
  • Bidra til at butikken alltid fremstår ryddig og innbydende
  • Arbeidstiden er mandag til fredag fra kl. 09.00–17.00, samt annenhver lørdag fra kl. 10.00–14.00.
