Bij BEWI Synprodo Produktie zoeken wij een ervaren Hoofd Kwaliteitsdienst die niet alleen de bestaande kwaliteitssystemen beheert, maar ook als inspirerende leider het team en de organisatie meeneemt naar een nóg hoger niveau.

Jouw rol in het kort

Als Hoofd Kwaliteitsdienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met kwaliteit te maken heeft. Je geeft leiding aan het kwaliteitsteam waarbij je zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met productie, R&D en andere afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat processen voldoen aan interne standaarden én externe eisen (zoals ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OCS en bouw gerelateerde normen zoals EN 13163).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen van en hands on ondersteunen van het team kwaliteitsmedewerkers
  • Monitoren en verbeteren van productkwaliteit en processen
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata en klantklachten; initiëren en opvolgen van verbeteracties
  • Opstellen en rapporteren van kwaliteitsinformatie aan het management
  • Beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssystemen (ISO/OCS)
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van interne en externe audits
  • Zorgen voor up-to-date keuringsplannen en productspecificaties
  • Intensief samenwerken met productie, technische dienst, R&D en verkoop
  • Vertegenwoordigen van BEWI Synprodo & BEWI IsoBouw richting certificerende instanties en afnemers

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau (richting procestechniek, chemie of werktuigbouwkunde)
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een kwaliteitsmanagersrol binnen de maakindustrie
  • Kennis van ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en bij voorkeur OCS
  • Affiniteit met bouwtoepassingen en technische productieprocessen
  • Analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en resultaatgericht
  • Taalbeheersing Nederlands, Engels, en Duits is een pré
  • Kennis en ervaring met analyseapparatuur

Vanuit onze productielocatie aan de Nieuweweg 235 in Wijchen produceren wij maatwerkoplossingen voor bouw gerelateerde isolerende producten voor de vloer, fundering, grond-, weg- en waterbouw en geveltoepassingen. Ons bedrijf is onderdeel van de BEWI Group. De BEWI-bedrijven zijn actief in de bouwsector, verpakkingsindustrie, automotive, industriële toepassingen en de levering van grondstoffen.
