Job description

You will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies and solutions, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. Since we carry out all projects at the clients’ premises, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, or Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience, with strong exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proven experience in Private banking is highly preferred.
  • Experience preparing test strategies, test cases, defect logs, and test execution reports.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meetbusiness requirements and client expectations.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for banking and wealth management projects.
  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to identify test scenarios and test cases.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Document project processes, findings, and solutions for management review.
  • Engage in close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
