About the job:

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycles on topics including Hedge Fund & Private Equity products, Portfolio Management (Mutual Funds)
  • End to end project management implementation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, cross functional teams including technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Drive governance, documentation, and reporting to management and steering committees.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or Business
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, banking and large-scale implementation project management, with solid knowledge of Portfolio Management Operating Models, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Fund.
  • Perform Robo Advisory and User Journey
  • Strong background in Wealth Management and Private Banking
  • Led end-to-end large scale transformation projects.
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; adept at understanding complex situations quickly.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team leadership skills, with extensive experience managing people, including clients and internal stakeholders.

AI Requirement

  • Understands Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), including their practical applications in business and technology environments, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to drive innovation, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools into consulting engagements, project management, business analysis, solution design, technology delivery, and business development activities to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client value.
  • Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience at a financial organization that uses private banking or wealth management products.
  • Excellent Cantonese/Mandarin/English spoken and written skills.
