Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., gevestigd in Weert, maakt deel uit van de Syntegon Group. In Weert bevindt zich binnen de Syntegon Group het Centre of Competence voor verticale form-, fill- en seal-machines. Hier ontwikkelen en produceren we technologieën voor een breed scala aan food- en non-foodproducten. Dit omvat zowel standalone machines als complete systeemoplossingen met verschillende processtappen, van wegen en doseren tot verticaal verpakken, kartonneren, omdozen verpakken en palletiseren.

Wil jij ontdekken hoe HR bijdraagt aan de groei van medewerkers én een organisatie? Tijdens jouw stage bij Syntegon in Weert draai je volop mee binnen het HR-team en krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen met alle facetten van het HR-vak. Van HR-administratie en onboarding tot employee engagement: geen dag is hetzelfde.

Je werkt in een technische, internationale en dynamische omgeving waarin mensen en technologie samenkomen. Ons HR-team bestaat uit: een HR Manager, twee HR Business Partners, een Salaris Administrateur en een Talent Acquisition Partner. Op onze locatie in Weert zijn ongeveer 250 collega’s werkzaam. Tijdens je stage ontwikkel je jezelf én lever je direct een waardevolle bijdrage aan onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR-stagiair(e) ondersteun je het team bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en projecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers;
  • Meewerken aan een warm en professioneel onboardingproces voor nieuwe collega’s;
  • Zoeken en coördineren van passende opleidingen voor medewerkers;
  • Ondersteunen bij functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken;
  • Ondersteunen van buitenlandse medewerkers;
  • Organiseren van medewerkersactiviteiten, zoals een sinterklaasviering, jubileumviering en kerstborrel;
  • Maken en verspreiden van interne mededelingen;
  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers en uitvoeren van HR-administratie;
  • Verwerken van personeelsmutaties en opstellen van brieven;
  • Meewerken aan projecten rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit;
  • Ondersteunen bij initiatieven op het gebied van leren & ontwikkelen en het verbeteren van HR-processen.

Functie-eisen

Wie ben jij?

Je bent enthousiast, communicatief vaardig en werkt nauwkeurig. Tevens herken je jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare studie met een voorkeur voor leerjaar 3 of 4;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en durft jouw ideeën te delen;
  • Je vindt het leuk om zelfstandig én samen te werken;
  • Je krijgt energie van een technische, dynamische en internationale werkomgeving;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de verschillende kanten van het HR-vak.
