Tätigkeiten:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung anspruchsvoller Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Maschinen, Apparaten, Rohrleitungen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie komplexen mechanischen Arbeiten an Pumpen, Rührwerken, Getrieben und weiteren rotierenden Aggregaten
  • Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Analyse technischer Probleme sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung zustandsorientierter Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen einschließlich Schwingungsmessungen und Zustandsbewertungen
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit und Betriebssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung technischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung und fachliche Begleitung externer Dienstleister bei Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung größerer Reparaturmaßnahmen und Stillstandsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen technischen Dokumentation
  • Erstellung norm- und gesetzeskonformer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsberichte
  • Unterstützung bei Ersatzteilmanagement, Inventur und Materialwirtschaft
  • Dokumentation von Nichtkonformitäten und Nachverfolgung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltanforderungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung, Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung an verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen
  • Kranführerschein und Staplerschein wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft (inkl. Rufbereitschaft)
