1、标准化/执行规范 规范流程：主导制定与优适应合海外地区需求的包装应用规范，包装设计流程，确保包装设计符合当地法规和文化需求。 2、视觉承接 ① 品牌升级：主导完成品牌包装视觉体系升级或品牌定制品创意设计，确保品牌在海外市场的视觉一致性。通过国际市场调研，提供品牌视觉策略建议以适应不同地区的消费者偏好； ②爆品开新：主导完成大单品爆品创意设计，保证其在产品开发落地环节中的如期交付（包含包装内外包材）。 3、资产维护 ① 负责海外不同地区的设计资产管理，及时处理维护部门硬件设施及软件版权；确保设计著作权、专利权等权益保障符合公司法务标准，确保知识产权和专利的合规性； ②建立/维护部门素材库/竞品库（线上/线下）资料，定期更新和维护设计素材库，确保海外团队的高效使用。

1、经验/技能要求 资质： ① 本科以上学历，包装设计相关专业，3年以上包装及品牌美妆相关工作经验，有成熟的商业作品，曾主导过品牌包装体系项目升级者优先，熟悉建模、渲染者，有手绘优势者优先； ②中英文为工作语言，熟悉海外文化，有海外留学、工作经验者优先。 知识： ① 法律知识：对知识产权相关的法律法规有一定了解，清楚知道品牌包装规范内图片使用版权等（消费者投诉、原创纠纷0事故）； ②美妆知识： 了解美妆包装产品设计风格及市场流行趋势；针对相关内容有梳理，归纳，总结与分享的能力； ③消费者心理学、设计美学：了解海外美妆消费者的消费习惯、消费者心理、目标群体消费偏好等； ④专业知识：具备较高的包装视觉设计功底，熟练掌握包装领域设计流程、工艺流程、包装结构等。 技能： ①1、软件能力： 熟悉掌握Photoshop、AI、C4D（OC）、Rhino、Keyshot、Blender等包装制图建模软件，达到预期效果（熟练掌握软件不低于以上3种，能够根据品牌的包装设计标准时效及流程完成设计工作拿到结果）； ②创意能力：优秀的视觉创意能力和审美能力，对色彩敏感，领悟性强，在规定时间内可主导完成部门设计项目创意方案； ③沟通能力：良好的沟通能力和项目管理能力，熟悉主导项目的表达与沟通，拿到实质结果； ④抗压能力：积极乐观态度面对压力，遇到困难迎难而上，不轻易放弃；做到目标驱动，及时调节自我情绪，合适排解压力。 个性标签：天马行空/审美好，E人
