1.客户专职PM：负责客户内部对接与日常沟通，作为品牌客户的驻仓责任窗口，负责拉通客户内部运营与仓库运营的日常沟通与响应；接收品牌客户需求、内部传达指令、跟进处理结果并定期主动同步进展，维护客户关系。 2.独立交付：独立承接品牌客户的仓配服务事项与专项项目，对履约时效、客户满意度、账单准确与异常闭环结果与质量负责。 3.库存管理：负责库存数据管理，日常核对，跟进盘点数据调核对与差异调整，推动账实一致。 4.对账结算：负责与客户对账结算、仓租费用核对，确保账单准确、按期确认，差异及时沟通解决。 5.活动协同：跟进客户运营活动计划（大促、达播、新品上架等），提前与仓库同频备货、产能与人力安排，保障活动期间履约稳定。 6.巡仓跟进：定期到客户仓库现场巡检，跟进作业时效、操作质量与规范问题，推动整改落地并复核结果。

1.经验年限：5年以上电商仓配、品牌仓配管理部或第三方云仓客户对接经验；有品牌客户驻场对接、独立服务客户项目经验者优先。 2.专业认知：熟悉电商仓储全流程（收货入库、存储、拣选发货、退货处理、盘点），了解仓租、操作费、快递费等计费与对账逻辑。 3.系统与工具：熟练使用WMS/ERP系统及Office办公软件，Excel扎实（数据核对、常用函数、透视表），能独立完成账单与库存数据核对。 4.对外沟通：优秀的沟通表达、协调与谈判能力，能独立面对客户挑战与质疑，能解释方案、推进问题解决，不依赖内部人员代为对外沟通。 5.职业素养：结果导向、责任心强，具备独立推进事项的闭环意识；数据敏感、细致严谨；抗压能力强，能适应大促与活动期值守加班。 6.其他：能接受定期到仓库现场巡仓；有美妆护肤/快消品牌仓配服务经验者优先。
