The posting

This is a fixed-term role with a clear mission: keep a growing brand looking sharp while one of our brand designers is on maternity leave.

SysAid is looking for a Brand Designer to step into a freshly built brand and keep it running at full speed. Our visual identity, design system, and brand book are in place. What we need is someone who picks them up fast and ships polished assets across every channel, consistently and on-brand.

About the role

SysAid competes in a market where every vendor looks and sounds the same. We've invested in a brand that doesn't. Keeping it consistent across every touchpoint, every week, is what this role is about.

You'll own day-to-day brand production across paid, organic, events, decks, and product marketing. You'll work inside our Figma design system and brand book, not around them. AI is a standard part of how you produce, from concept to final asset, with your judgment deciding what ships.

You'll sit inside the marketing team and work closely with product marketing, demand gen, and comms. You'll start with a handover from the designer who built the system, then run with it. The briefs will range from paid social to event materials to product launch visuals. The expectation stays the same: every asset is on-brand, crafted, and delivered on time.

What you'll do

  • Produce static brand assets across all channels: ads, social, decks, event materials, and product marketing collateral.
  • Work within the SysAid design system in Figma, using components and guidelines as intended.
  • Make sure every asset that leaves the marketing team is on-brand.
  • Turn briefs from PMM, demand gen, and growth into clean, finished work, and ask the right questions when a brief is vague.
  • Keep quality high when requests pile up. Prioritize, communicate, and deliver.
  • Use AI tools for image, video, and copy generation as a standard part of production, and know when to override them.
  • Ramp up fast during the handover and keep the brand engine running without missing a beat.
  • Keep design files clean and organized so the work is easy to hand back.
  • Flag inconsistencies before anyone else notices them.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 4 years in brand or marketing design, with a portfolio that shows strong static work and solid motion basics.
  • Fluency in Figma: components, variants, and auto layout.
  • Working knowledge of motion tools: After Effects, Jitter, or equivalent.
  • Experience working inside an existing design system or brand guidelines.
  • B2B SaaS or tech experience is a plus.
  • An AI-first workflow. AI tools are part of how you produce every day, not a side experiment.
  • Detail-oriented and fast. You catch things others miss, and you don't let quality slip under pressure.
  • Coachable and collaborative. You take feedback well and turn direction into better work.
  • A robust sense of humor :)

Why SysAid

SysAid sits at the intersection of two things the market hasn't figured out how to combine yet: enterprise-grade ITSM with agentic AI that actually does the work.

Most IT platforms added a chatbot and called it AI. SysAid's AI resolves incidents, fulfills requests, triggers workflows, and deploys automations on its own: no code, no developer, no black box. Every action is logged, traceable, and tied to rules the IT team sets. That's not a product feature. That's a different category. And the market is still catching up to what that means.

The brand opportunity here is real. The narrative is sharp. The product delivers on what it promises. The marketing team is building a marketing operating system where AI handles production at scale, and humans own direction, quality, and judgment. You'll be one of those humans, on a brand that was rebuilt this year and is just getting started.

If you want a fixed-term role where your work goes to market every week, on a category that actually matters, this is worth a conversation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
