JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facturar en el sistema de cajas la mercadería, recibir y revisar los diferentes medios de pago autorizados para el PDV, así como custodiar los valores que ingresan a su terminal, entregar los valores totales a la Administración del PDV.
  • Recibir y acomodar en las ubicaciones correspondientes la mercadería que ingresa al PDV a través del CEDI y proveedores externos, dar mantenimiento a la rotación y reposición de la mercadería en góndola, cabeceras, perfiles, cámaras y pared de ofertas. Descarga de mercaderia
  • Realizar el seguimiento de su pasillo para el proceso de pedidos de mercadería, revisando en el hand held los datos correspondientes.
  • Reempacar mercadería y registrar en el sistema las conversiones correspondientes además de mantener un stock de mercadería reempacada para que las góndolas no queden sin el mismo.
  • Generar e imprimir etiquetas y habladores para renovación al 100% en planta, además de auditar que los mismos siempre concuerden con los productos colocados en las góndolas.
  • Velar por que en las ubicaciones de los productos no existan espacios vacíos esto con el fin de que el cliente siempre pueda obtener el producto que busca y necesita.
  • Actualizar cambios de precios en planta y colocar etiquetas sanitarias a los productos que se requiera.
  • Registrar pedidos solicitados previamente por el cliente, alistar el pedido, almacenar y hacer el proceso de facturación correspondiente en el momento en que el cliente se presente a retirarlo.
  • Cumplir con el programa de orden y limpieza establecido por la administración del PDV dando mantenimiento a pasillos, área de cajas, anden, comedor, servicios sanitarios, puertas de congelado, cámaras de frío, oficina de administración, servicio al cliente y el PDV en general.
  • Ejecutar el “Programa Pasión”, para asegurar una buena experiencia para nuestros clientes.
  • Colaborar en otras tareas que le sean asignadas por su superior inmediato y asistir y participar activamente a las reuniones y capacitaciones programadas
  • Revisión de vencimientos a nivel general.
