Nous recrutons un(e) Chef d’équipe logistique en CDI pour rejoindre notre atelier d'Offranville (76).

Rattaché(e) au Responsable logistique du site, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Animer et organiser une équipe logistique de 17 personnes (réception, magasinage, approvisionnement des lignes et expéditions).
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE)
  • Accueillir les nouveaux membres de l’équipe
  • Evaluer régulièrement les compétences de l’équipe, dans un objectif de progression. Identifier les besoins en formation et en recrutement
  • Animer et participer aux réunions opérationnelles, réaliser des dialogues Sécurité
  • Veiller à la propreté des zones logistiques (plan de nettoyage)
  • Participer à l’opérationnel en renfort de l’équipe si besoin
  • Gérer les magasins de stockage de matières premières et produits finis de l’usine ainsi que l’entrée en stock des marchandises et leur mobilité, le respect des DLUO et DLC ; gérer les contenants
  • Effectuer, contrôler et valider les opérations nécessaires dans SAP.
  • S’assurer du respect des règles d’entreposage (FEFO, Suivi des inventaires, etc.).
  • Réaliser la préparation de la clôture de fin de mois (précision et régularité des inventaires…)
  • S’assurer du bon fonctionnement du matériel et des équipements mis à disposition : chariots, magasins et les chambres de stockage (température, stock, identification, hygiène et sécurité).

Horaires de journée : 07h30-16H30

Issu(e) d’une formation logistique, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur des missions similaires en industrie.

Vous maitrisez l’outil informatique bureautique et ERP idéalement SAP

Le CACES 3 est indispensable.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences managériales et votre communication.

Rigueur, organisation, réactivité, et bon relationnel sont les atouts qui vous permettront de réussir votre mission.
