Responsable comptes clés régional

Nous recrutons en CDI, pour notre site de Rungis (94) un(e) :

Responsable Compte Clé Régional H/F

Votre principale mission sera la fidélisation et le développement d'un portefeuille de grands comptes régionaux.

Doté(e) d'un profil chasseur, vous vous appuyez sur votre expertise produits afin de développer votre portefeuille existant.

Votre mission :

  • Conquête de nouveaux clients par une prospection active auprès de grands comptes régionaux multisites ou de clients indépendants régionaux,
  • Identification des besoins clients, des opportunités, des leviers de développement, et construction des plans d'action spécifiques,
  • Définition des plans de marge et de la politique tarifaire la mieux adaptée au client,
  • Négociation des conditions commerciales avec les différents interlocuteurs, suivi de leur application,
  • Mise en place des actions nécessaires auprès des prospects pour assurer la multiplication des gammes et la rentabilité,
  • Fidélisation du portefeuille existant par un suivi actif de chaque client et l'organisation de manifestations regroupant un ou plusieurs clients,
  • Tenue de Reportings commerciaux, suivi administratif des dossiers, réunions commerciales, etc.

Votre Profil :

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum dans la commercialisation de produits alimentaires auprès de CHD / RHF, acquise sur des fonctions terrain ou siège.

Votre sens du résultat, votre goût du challenge et votre capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans cette mission. Vous maîtrisez l'ensemble des aspects de la gestion de la relation client et possédez une véritable culture du résultat.

Pour réussir à ce poste, vous vous appuyez sur votre bonne connaissance du marché CHR/RHF, votre sensibilité produits ainsi que votre tempérament chasseur.
