The Role:

The Executive Assistant isn’t just about diaries and inboxes, you’ll be the bridge between leadership and execution, the person who protects focus, reduces noise, and ensures the CEO and leadership team spend their time on what actually drives growth.

To reach our goals as an organisation, the CEO needs space to operate on strategy, operations, and people, not back-to-back calls and admin loops. Your role is to create that space. What you will be doing on the daily; - Build and defend the CEO’s Perfect Week, deep work protected, distractions filtered, priorities aligned with growth - Audit and restructure calendar and inputs to make sure time spent = outcomes delivered - Run inbox and comms with radical transparency: zero inbox cadence, decisive responses, early flags on overload/morale - Ensure meetings have agendas, outcomes, and owners - Oversee ad hoc support to projects and other members of the leadership team when capacity allows

What you need to succeed: We want the person who take's on this role to succeed and whilst we will do everything we can to support that, it will help if you have most of the following;

- Proven experience in a similar EA or high-level administration role

- Experience in a SaaS or tech company would be an advantage

- Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- High-level communication and interpersonal abilities

- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters

- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite & experience managing complex calendars

- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a high degree of initiative
