The posting

Plant Supervision søger på vegne af System TM en Commissioning Lead, der vil have teknisk ansvar for commissioning og idriftsættelse af avancerede, kundetilpassede produktionsanlæg – fra de første tests i Odder til SAT og overdragelse hos kunder rundt om i verden.

System TM er en af verdens førende leverandører af automatiserede løsninger til træindustrien og arbejder med højt integrerede anlæg, hvor mekanik, el, automation og software skal spille sammen.

Rollen

Som Commissioning Lead får du ansvaret for anlæg/system og bliver den tekniske nøgleperson gennem hele commissioning forløbet. Du arbejder tæt sammen med PLC/software, engineering og installationsteamet hos kunden samt sikrer, at anlægget kommer sikkert og struktureret hele vejen frem til SAT og handover.

Du kommer bl.a. til at:

  • planlægge og drive commissioning af anlæg
  • koordinere funktionstest, indkøring og teknisk troubleshooting
  • arbejde tæt sammen med PLC/software og engineering
  • følge anlægget fra test hos System TM i Odder til opstart hos kunden
  • gennemføre SAT og træning af kundens operatører
  • være System TM's tekniske ansigt udadtil på dit område

Hvem er du?

Du har en stærk teknisk baggrund – fx som maskinmester, automations-/eltekniker, servicetekniker eller lignende – og du har forståelse for automation og PLC.

Du trives med ansvar, teknisk problemløsning og frihed til selv at få tingene til at lykkes. Erfaring med commissioning, automatiserede anlæg eller teknisk service er en klar fordel. Rollen kræver tværfaglig forståelse af mekanik, el og automation. Dansk og Engelsk på højt niveau samt kørekort.

Hele verden som arbejdsplads

Du skal forvente ca. 100–140 rejsedage om året, typisk i perioder på 2–4 uger ad gangen.

Du får en rolle, hvor du ikke bare ser anlægget på en tegning – du er med til at få det til at fungere i virkeligheden og afleverer det til kunden, når produktionen kører.

Du bliver en del af et stærkt teknisk miljø med base hos System TM i Odder og får mulighed for at arbejde med avancerede automatiserede løsninger hos kunder over hele verden.
