Deine Aufgaben

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich als Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Systema:

  • Strategischer Auf- und Ausbau partnerschaftlicher Kundenbeziehungen: Sowohl Gewinnung von Neukunden als auch Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden
  • Analyse des Kundenpotenzials und Beratung unserer Kunden bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen sowie der Durchführung anspruchsvoller Projekte
  • Erschließung profitabler Geschäftsmöglichkeiten: Hochwertige Technologien und professionelle Dienstleistungen der Systema nutzen, um das Geschäft unserer Kunden zu aktivieren und einen Mehrwert am Markt zu stiften
  • Aktives Cross-Selling mit allen weiteren Bereichen der Systema
  • Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Terminen und Präsentationen bei Kunden
  • Management der internen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Consulting und Engineering Team in der Pre-Sales Phase
  • Koordination des internen Vertriebsprozesses, Angebotserstellung und Preiskalkulation nach Vorgabe
  • Abstimmung mit externen Schnittstellen wie bspw. Hersteller und Partner der Systema

Dein Profil

Diese Qualifikationen bringst du bestenfalls mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung mit technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Fachrichtung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsaußendienst
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Kenntnisse gängiger IT-Hersteller
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Präsentationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
