Responsibilities

The Operations Research Analyst serves as the Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) lead for Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) digital engineering efforts, guiding the development of model architectures, workflows, and analytic approaches across multiple MBSE toolsets, including ArcherEye, Veracity, and comparable systems. Additionally, the analyst produces high‑quality technical deliverables, including engineering documentation, mission‑assurance analyses, and senior‑level presentations. The analyst represents MBSE and mission‑engineering efforts in stakeholder meetings, providing authoritative analytical insight and recommendations, while mentoring junior analysts and strengthening SSAG’s MBSE capabilities through continuous improvement of modeling standards, best practices, and tool usage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
