Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include serving as the senior SAP SD Reimbursable Functional SME for Tier-2 production support and analyzing complex SAP SD and reimbursable process issues to determine root cause, business impact, and resolution path. You will support reimbursable transaction activity involving sales orders, billing documents, customer master data, document flow, accounting integration, funding impacts, collections, closeout, and reporting, and troubleshoot production issues involving billing errors, failed accounting, reversals, interfaces, reports, authorizations, master data, user questions, closeout-related activity, custom reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, batch jobs, security/authorization issues, and failed transactional processing. You will review, analyze, approve, validate, and reference functional specifications for system changes, defects, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and other SAP updates, and support regression testing, integration testing, UAT, production validation, and post-deployment verification. In addition, you will coordinate with MM, FI, FM, ABAP, Basis, security, interface, reporting, and business process teams to resolve cross-module issues; identify recurring ticket trends, backlog drivers, and process gaps and recommend actions to improve production stability and reduce repeat issues; and support month-end, year-end, audit, financial reconciliation, and closeout activities related to reimbursable processing. You will also communicate issue status, risks, impacts, workarounds, validation results, and next steps to users, functional teams, technical teams, and leadership. This is not a people-management role; the position functions as a senior analyst and escalation point for complex functional issues and serves as the senior functional escalation point for Tier-2 production support related to the SAP Sales and Distribution (reimbursable) module on the GFEBS-SA team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
