Overview Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. This is a night shift position; interested candidates should be available to work Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. Key Responsibilities Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Maintains all manufacturing and facility equipment for optimum performance and reliability. Conducts daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual PMs as scheduled by TDW Maintenance Management System Diagnoses the cause of problems, replaces or repairs defective components, and tests Tests electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, and defective parts and replaces or repairs to suit. Uses a variety of power and hand tools, material handling equipment, and electric meters in performing duties. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Performs minor plumbing maintenance Responds immediately, as requested, to safety concerns. Implements immediate containment to protect people, products, and the facility, Implements permanent corrective action within an agreed-upon time, Works with plant safety teams, as required, to implement preventive measures, Adheres to TDW HSE guidelines and lock-out/tag-out procedures while performing maintenance and repair of equipment. Drives continuous improvement by utilizing existing and new preventive and predictive maintenance tools Identifies chronic machine/equipment issues and works with the team to prevent recurrence Experience Minimum 1 year of working experience in facility/manufacturing maintenance Completion of high school education Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry Basic computer skills: Windows, Internet Explorer For more than 100 years, we've partnered in the oil and gas industry to deliver innovative solutions that maximize uptime, improve throughput, avoid shutdown and minimize risk.
