  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with ITPs and project specifications and verify that quality records and turnover documentation remain current.
  • Identify, document, and control Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) related to the civil scope of the project; issue NCRs for identified deficiencies and support timely closeout.
  • Follow up on inspection remediation, changes, and rework associated with NCRs across the disciplines involved.
  • Assist the Site Quality Manager in administering the Project Quality Control Plan and Company Quality Manual.
  • Assist the Site Quality Manager with corrective actions as needed and verify implementation through inspection and documentation review.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable code requirements and verify that associated documentation and quality records are completed correctly and maintained.
  • Verify through inspection that work is performed in accordance with approved procedures and that required documentation is completed thoroughly and maintained in accordance with company policy.

Documentation / Turnover Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of inspection paperwork, quality records, and turnover documentation and assist with project completion activities.
  • Maintain both hard-copy and electronic inspection sheets and test data generated during the construction build effort.
  • Maintain turnover books on site and support periodic audits to confirm documentation is complete, current, and traceable.
  • Review records and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness before inclusion in turnover packages.
  • Support material, weld, concrete, inspection, testing, NCR, and corrective-action traceability as required by the project quality program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
