About the mission we offer you:

Job purpose : Support the implementation of the group Site Quality Construction roadmap 2027.

Main accountabilities :

  • Support the harmonization of Construction Quality Practices across the TEN Group
  • Support the standardization of TEN Group Construction Inspection and Test Plans
  • Support the standardization of Site Quality procedures trough TEN Group
  • Support Site Quality training and awareness programs standardization
  • Consolidate and analyse data and KPI provided from all Construction Sites / yards
  • Support the development of Digital tracking mobilization tool of TEN Site QC teams.
  • Support the digitalization of Site Inspection (Trought TEN completion tools)
  • Cascade Lessons Learned among TEN project sites

Starting Date: January 2027

Duration : 6 months

About you:

  • Currently pursuing a technical Master’s degree (BAC+5) in mechanical, Electrical engineering or a general engineering discipline.
  • Possesses a former internship in construction fields will be a plus.
  • Dynamic and results-oriented individual who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
  • Good Communication and coordination Skills.
  • Written and spoken English.
  • Digital solution oriented
