Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives are executed on schedule and meet business objectives.
  • Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance across participating teams.
  • Track program health and proactively manage risks, blockers, and escalations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other functional teams to drive execution.
  • Identify gaps, interdependencies, resource constraints, and process inefficiencies that may impact delivery.
  • Facilitate decision-making discussions and resolve competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
  • Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.

Portfolio Prioritization & Planning

  • Support and manage program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating strategic initiatives, tradeoffs, and business value.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on prioritization and execution sequencing.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and team-level execution plans.

Business Operations & BAU Management

  • Own and execute key business-as-usual (BAU) processes and operational activities.
  • Develop operational playbooks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create and manage reporting mechanisms, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and predictability.

External Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Manage partner deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and ensure commitments are met according to agreed-upon milestones.
  • Foster strong partnerships that support program objectives and business outcomes.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify manual processes and operational bottlenecks that limit team productivity.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, reporting solutions, and scalable operational processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to develop tools and systems that increase organizational throughput.
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform process improvements and measure results.

Strategic Planning & Communication

  • Translate organizational goals into actionable program plans and execution strategies.
  • Develop executive-ready communications, status updates, and program reviews.
  • Facilitate quarterly, annual, and ongoing planning activities across stakeholder groups.
  • Drive organizational alignment through clear, consistent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of program management, project management, business operations, or related experience.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, retail, telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools ( Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
  • Experience building automated workflows using Power BI, Claude, CoPilot.
  • Experience working with external vendors, strategic partners, and cross-company initiatives.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
