  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendations that improve advisor engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate advisor journeys, including login and registration, onboarding, and service experiences, and identify opportunities to optimize digital interactions.
  • Partner with product owners, UX teams, and technology teams to define requirements, write user stories, prioritize enhancements, and support Agile delivery activities.
  • Conduct testing and user acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver the intended client experience.
  • Monitor advisor feedback and sentiment, design and administer surveys, and leverage voice-of-client insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for advisor-facing tools and services, partnering with sales support and operational teams to troubleshoot and triage advisor issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the delivery of digital experience initiatives, enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and communicate insights, recommendations, and project progress to influence decisions and enhance the advisor experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
