THE PROJECT(s) Deploy the organisation's & clients HRMS HR systems and procedures design. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Solutions - Assesses clients’ needs and accordingly make recommendations and solutions. Research - Study various HR topics, then organise and present your findings. HR Technology - Becomes fluent in all services provided by the HRMS through testing, demonstrations and research. Record Keeping - Update databases and records with new & old employee information, including contact details and employment forms. Templates - Help prepare HR Related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel templates. Coordinate - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, candidates, management, and clients. Recruiting - Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers and onboarding. Requirements Experience Fresher Duration Available for a minimum duration of 6 months. Location Availability for full time (in-office) internship. Education & Certification - Relevant degree in HR Management or Business. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment preferred. Software and Applications- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases. Qualities & Capabilities- Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills Has clarity regarding basic HR Functions Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
