Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil &Structural Works including Structural Demolition of Existing Building, Reinforced Concrete works, Steel Works, Composite Structure, Bondek construction.
  • Experience in supervision in A&A Works.
  • Experience in supervision of architectural and M&E works will be an added advantage.
  • Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB’s NCCS training certificate.
  • Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.

Job Description

  • Carry out full-time site supervision of structural works.
  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect reinforcement before concreting.
  • Witness field and laboratory tests.
  • Supervision to concrete and steel works
  • Maintain site records and daily diaries.
  • Issue site instructions.
  • Report defects and non-conformances.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Verify as-built conditions.
  • Monitor safety issues related to construction quality.
